Above all, find a way to get accountable. Even if you don’t go to the gym, you can still enjoy the motivational power of someone who’s counting on you for a weekly workout. Call a friend or family member who is also interested in getting fit, and see if they’d like to accompany you on hikes, jogs, trips to the tennis court… whatever it may be.
